I / we agree and allow the Landlord or Agent at all times to:

1.contact, request and obtaininformation from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) orregistered credit bureau that may be necessary to assess my / our behavior,profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness;

2.provide information concerningthe behavior, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, andcreditworthiness of me / us to any registered credit bureau or to any creditprovider (or potential credit provider) seeking a trade reference regarding my/ our dealings with the Landlord.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDE

Thedeposit is payable once the Lease Agreement has been signed.
The1^st months rental (and pro-rata rental if applicable) is payablebefore occupation.
Themonthly rental is to be paid on or before the 1^st day of each month.If the monthly rental has not been received by the 7^th day of themonth, you may be requested to vacate THE MILLSTOCK, on the last day of thatmonth, as per the Lease agreement.
